On 12th June 2026, Rotary Bangalore Midtown, in collaboration with RV Dental College, organized a Dental Health Camp at the Silverline Rotary Midtown Government Urdu School, Yelagundapalya, benefiting 88 students through comprehensive dental screening, oral health education, and preventive care.

The camp aimed to promote oral hygiene, encourage preventive dental practices, and facilitate the early detection of dental problems among children from underserved communities. Rotary Bangalore Midtown sincerely thanks PP Rtn. A.V.S. Murthy for facilitating the participation of the RV Dental College team and contributing to the successful conduct of the camp.

A total of 88 students underwent dental and oral health screenings, while 58 students received immediate dental treatment. 31 students were referred for advanced dental consultation and treatment, and 19 students benefited from oral prophylaxis (professional teeth cleaning). Early identification of cavities, tooth decay, and gum-related conditions enabled timely intervention and improved long-term oral health outcomes.

The initiative significantly enhanced awareness of good oral hygiene practices and reinforced Rotary Bangalore Midtown’s commitment to improving children’s health through accessible, preventive healthcare services.
