A Free Health Check up Camp was organized by Rotary Bangalore Midtown at the Rotary Gottigere Camp on 8th May 2026, providing comprehensive healthcare services to the local community. The camp witnessed an overwhelming response, with 258 beneficiaries availing consultations across multiple medical specialties.

Of the total beneficiaries, 116 were men and 142 were women. Basic health screenings included blood pressure checks for 192 individuals, of whom 93 recorded readings above 130 mmHg. Random Blood Sugar (GRBS) testing was conducted for 191 participants, identifying 13 individuals with sugar levels between 200–300 mg/dL and 6 individuals with readings above 300 mg/dL, enabling timely medical advice and referral.

Specialist consultations were provided in General Medicine, Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, ENT, Paediatrics, Dermatology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, General Surgery, and Psychiatry, ensuring holistic healthcare under one roof. Additionally, 58 ECGs were performed, and 17 ABHA Health IDs were created to promote digital healthcare access.

The camp successfully strengthened Rotary Bangalore Midtown’s commitment to preventive healthcare by facilitating early diagnosis, health awareness, and access to quality medical services for underserved communities.
