Rotary Bangalore Midtown organized a meaningful service visit to a tribal settlement in Kabini from 5th to 7th September, supporting a total of 43 children and 144 adults. A dedicated team of 10 members visited the community, spending time interacting with families and gaining a deeper understanding of their living conditions and immediate needs. The team also assessed the requirements of a nearby government-aided school to identify areas of support.

Based on the needs identified, essential supplies were distributed to improve the well-being of both children and families. Children were provided with school bags, footwear, and goody bags containing biscuits, chocolates, crayons, and colouring books, bringing both utility and joy. To ensure protection against changing weather conditions, sweaters, raincoats, and umbrellas were distributed. Families received blankets for warmth, along with clothing items including T-shirts, trousers, socks, and innerwear.

The initiative not only addressed basic necessities but also created moments of happiness and connection within the community. Through this outreach, Rotary Bangalore Midtown reaffirmed its commitment to supporting underserved and remote communities by delivering both care and dignity.
