On December 16, 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was formally entered into between the Rotary Club of Singapore, the Rotary Club of Bangalore Mid-Town, and the Project SparkL Foundation. This strategic partnership establishes a joint commitment to support and implement the Project SparkL Learning Program, which is designed to benefit underprivileged children residing in government shelter homes in Bengaluru. As joint donors, the Rotary Club of Singapore and the Rotary Club of Bangalore Mid-Town have agreed to contribute a combined total of USD 30,000 over a three-year period. These funds are exclusively dedicated to the hiring and compensation of trained educators, professional development and training, and the procurement of essential learning materials.

The agreement remains effective from December 16, 2025, through December 15, 2028, ensuring a sustained impact on the local community. Under the terms of the MOU, the Project SparkL Foundation is responsible for the timely deployment of the after-school program and must provide quarterly reports detailing fund usage, student outcomes, and operational activities. Oversight will be managed by a Joint Steering Committee composed of representatives from all three parties, who will review progress bi-annually to monitor fund utilization and achieve project goals. The document was finalized with the signatures of Sonali Sinha, President of the Rotary Club of Singapore, and Rtn Rajesh P Shah, President of the Rotary Club of Bangalore Midtown.
